Brian’s sexual harassment case causes collateral damage to Michael and Dr David’s relationship. Emmett takes the next step in gay conversion therapy with Heather. Justin gets involved with Brian’s harassment case with surprising results.

Emmett and Ted cope with an HIV test. Debbie pays Brian a visit to scold him about his treatment of Michael resulting in Brian hosting a surprise birthday party for him. Tracy and Dr. David unexpectedly appear at the party.
